چکیده مقاله:

Production management in projects is a comprehensive process aimed at coordinating all resources, schedules, and tasks to achieve defined project objectives efficiently. As modern projects become more complex and time-sensitive, there is an increasing demand for structured methodologies that integrate production operations with project management principles. This study investigates key strategies and tools used in managing production within project environments, emphasizing lean principles, technological integration, and collaborative planning. The research adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative case study analysis with quantitative metrics derived from real-world project data. The primary objective is to assess the effectiveness of production management techniques in enhancing project efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing resource utilization. Findings reveal that successful production management relies heavily on early-stage planning, stakeholder engagement, and adaptive control systems. Projects that employed lean tools and digital monitoring platforms demonstrated higher levels of productivity and quality compliance. Moreover, the role of leadership and team dynamics emerged as crucial factors in implementing effective production strategies. The study contributes to the growing body of knowledge by proposing a flexible framework adaptable to various industries, including construction, manufacturing, and IT projects. By aligning operational efficiency with strategic goals, production management serves as a catalyst for delivering value in project execution. This article aims to guide project managers, engineers, and organizational leaders in adopting best practices for sustainable and scalable project performance.
