چکیده مقاله:
Food industry waste in Iran represents both an environmental burden and an untapped resource for value-added production. This study reviews modern recycling technologies and evaluates national standardization needs. A structured search (۲۰۱۰-۲۰۲۴) identified ۱۵ key references. Findings show strong potential for bioactive compound extraction, bioenergy generation, and agricultural applications, while infrastructural gaps and weak standards limit progress. Strengthening frameworks aligned with ISO/TC ۳۴/SC ۲۰ can support circular economy development.
