Distortion Analysis of Log Domain Filters Based on Harmonic Balance Technique

In this paper, by employing harmonic balance technique, a new computer aided design method for analysis of log domain flters in frequency domain is presented. Compared to the other proposed techniques, this method is capable of evaluating distortion of large signal translinear circuits for ntuch larger circuits, with more accuracy, and in a greater number of harmonics, by a simple and general algorithm.
