چکیده مقاله:

It is commonly known that physical education in preschool is essential for children's healthy growth and energetic development. Theoretically, the ۲۱ST century has seen a shift in this field's emphasis on health. In order to properly carry out this priority, educators must take an active stance regarding the health of their students as well as the health of other students. They must also use a variety of techniques and ideas to promote healthy behaviors and surroundings. Preschool physical education can best assist the entire development of young children by starting with health. Through the promotion of neural connections and brain development, physical education improves cognitive ability. Frequent exercise lengthens one's attention span and enhances concentration. The development of gross motor abilities is essential during the preschool years. The development of fine motor skills is equally crucial. A positive self-image and self-confidence are fostered by physical education. Preschoolers benefit from physical education in many ways, including increased cognitive function, brain development and neural connections, improved focus and attention span, development of gross and fine motor skills, emotional growth, and the development of positive self-image and self-confidence.
