چکیده مقاله:
Marital burnout, often neglected in discussions surrounding family dynamics, significantly impacts the emotional and psychological health of children and adolescents. This article investigates the complex interplay between parental distress and child development, highlighting the cascading effects of marital burnout on family relationships, emotional growth, and mental health outcomes in youth. Utilizing theoretical frameworks such as Family Systems Theory, Attachment Theory, Social Learning Theory, and Resilience Theory, This article illustrates how parents' emotional states shape their children's attachment styles and coping strategies. Through a systematic literature review, effective preventive measures and early intervention strategies are identified, including fostering quality family interactions, encouraging open communication, and promoting self-care among parents to alleviate the negative consequences of marital burnout. Furthermore, the importance of educational institutions and community resources in bolstering the mental health of both parents and children is discussed. The results emphasize the need for a comprehensive approach to address marital burnout, promoting multidisciplinary interventions that improve emotional well-being throughout the family system. Ultimately, the article highlights the long-term advantages of confronting marital burnout—not just for the well-being of parents, but also for nurturing resilient and well-adjusted children equipped to face life's challenges. These findings provide valuable insights for developing targeted strategies that enhance family dynamics and emotional intelligence, thereby benefiting the overall health of future generations.
