In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology, revolutionizing various industries, including business and commerce. This paper explores the four key areas in which AI is reshaping the business landscape: modernization and expansion of business models, dynamic Product Experience Management (PXM), smart ordering, and advancements in payments and security. These applications are not only enhancing customer experiences but also streamlining business operations, improving efficiency, and opening new opportunities for innovation.
