چکیده مقاله:

Objective: This review aims to elucidate the nexus between urban design strategies-with a specific emphasis on biophilic design and mental health metrics, including the mitigation of stress and anxiety, within the post-pandemic landscape. Methodology: Utilizing a systematic review of scholarly literature indexed in major databases (including Scopus and Web of Science) spanning the period from ۲۰۲۰ to ۲۰۲۵, this study analyzes the influence of environmental parameters on human behavioral patterns. Results: Initial findings suggest that "third spaces" synthesized with biophilic elements serve a critical function in revitalizing social capital and alleviating urban loneliness among inhabitants. Conclusion: The findings underscore the imperative for urban design to evolve from a strictly spatial-functional paradigm toward a "human-centric and health-oriented" framework.
