چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to Investigate the effectiveness of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) on the cognitive regulation of emotion and maladaptive strategies of worry in mothers with children with autism spectrum disorder. Research method: The current research project was semi-experimental and pre-test-post-test type. The statistical population included mothers with children with autism spectrum disorder in the city of Qom in the first half of ۱۴۰۳, ۳۰ people in each group (۱۵ people) were selected by convenience sampling and were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. They answered the questionnaire of cognitive regulation of emotion and the questionnaire of maladaptive strategies of worry, and at the end they were treated with dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) during ۸ sessions of ۹۰ minutes. Findings: The obtained results indicated that the effectiveness of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) on the cognitive regulation of emotion and maladaptive strategies of worry in mothers with children with autism spectrum disorder is significant. Conclusion: Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is effective on the cognitive regulation of emotion and maladaptive strategies of worry in mothers with children with autism spectrum disorder.
