The aim of the present study is to investigate the role of organizational justice and social responsibility on employee performance mediated by job engagement of employees of Mak u Free Trade and Industrial Zone Organization. The independent variable of this study is organizational justice and social responsibility. In this study, the three-dimensional model of Alavi and Abbasi ۲۰۱۲ (distributive justice, procedural justice, and transactional justice) was used. The dependent variable of this study is employee performance, the mediating variable of job engagement. The statistical population of this study was ۳۶۱ employees of Mako Free Trade and Industrial Zone Organization, and the sample size was ۱۸۶ people selected using Morgan table. A simple random sample was used to select the statistical sample. The statistical population of the study, data collection methods include library studies and field research. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. In this study, descriptive statistics were used to estimate central characteristics and prepare statistical frequency distribution tables, and to examine the effect of organizational justice and social responsibility on employee performance, as well as to test the research hypotheses, path analysis and structural equations were used using LISREL software. The findings indicate that organizational justice and social responsibility had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the significant effect of employee job satisfaction on employee performance was also confirmed. Therefore, it is concluded that this hypothesis is confirmed and it can be stated that organizational justice has an effect on employee performance through the mediation of employee job satisfaction of the employees of the Mako Free Trade and Industrial Zone Organization.
