چکیده مقاله:

The infrastructure and urban development industries have a significant impact on the global economy, not only in producing vital infrastructure facilities, and industrial plants but also in their influence on the environment. As the world continues to focus on sustainability, the construction sector is increasingly paying attention to the demand for greener and more efficient development practices. With the rapid advancement of green building technologies in response to the mounting pressure on our global built environment, it's easy to see that the futuristic buildings of today can't be recognized as such without sustainable design. As cities continue exploring novel approaches to enhance urban landscapes while considering sustainability, several initiatives are currently in the development stage. Modernist architecture, after all, looked pretty futuristic when it first emerged in the ۲۰th century, with its clean, sometimes dystopian brutalist architecture indicating a path into what the built environment might look like in years to come. In recent years, parametric design has also been hailed as the way to imagine the future, and today, versions of sustainable architecture explorations offer yet another different path and meaning of what represents futuristic building now. The image of futuristic architecture has changed three times over the past century. These transformations were influenced by revolutionary inventions and technological advancements that altered the way individuals perceived the future. These compilations share a desire to understand the origins of Futurist architecture and explore how it has influenced others, from its conception to today. In this article, we examine how futurist architecture has come a long way, from its ۱۹۰۰s pre-modernist vision to the space-centered streamlined industrial aesthetic, to the uncharted impact of the digital revolution on futuristic architecture designs.
