Introduction:Cancer is a disease in which cells in the bodygrow out of control. Except for skin cancer, breast cancer (BRCA) is the most common cancer in women in theUnited States. Deaths from breast cancer have declined over time, but breastcancer remains the second leading cause of cancer death among women overall andthe leading cause of cancer death among Hispanic women.Eachyear in the United States, about ۲۴۰,۰۰۰ cases of breast cancer are diagnosedin women and about ۲,۱۰۰ in men. About ۴۲,۰۰۰ women and ۵۰۰ men in the U.S. dieeach year from breast cancer. Black women have a higher rate of death frombreast cancer than all other women. Methods:We obtained datafrom the GEO chip dataset GSE۱۱۳۸۶۵. from the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO) and analyzed by GEO۲R to show the gene expression profile and determinethe gene with features a significant up and down expression regulation. Then,by the analyzed data, suitable gene (Adj.P.Val < ۰.۰۵) and modules (Categorized genes)pathways are found and determined by ENCORI , gene product protein by UNIPROT ,microarray by MIRWALK , SNP by MIRNASNP , lncRNA by LNCRRISEARCH and LNCBASE v۳. Result:Based on the GEOanalysis, a gene named TK۱ was found to be an upregulated gene (logFC=۲.۲۵۸) innegative breastcancer tissue and matched normal tissue. According Enrichrto this gene interference in the biological process in the mitotic DNAreplication. Conclusion:TK۱expression influences pathogenicity by cell cycle progression, cellularmigration, and cellular survival in HCC ۱۸۰۶ breast cancer cells. Transcriptionfactor Dp-۱ knockdown downregulates thymidine kinase ۱ expression to protectagainst proliferation and epithelial-mesenchymal transition in cervical cancer.While TK۱ shows promise as a serum biomarker for breast cancer (BRCA), furtherresearch is needed to determine its clinical utility in the diagnosis andmanagement of breast cancer .By way ofconclusion TK۱ is an over expressed gene in cell breast cancer and constructs apredictive ceRNA network among hsa-miR-۳۱۴۷ and has a significant role in theregulation intracellular signaling pathway.
