چکیده مقاله:
Gastric cancer(GC) is one of the most common malignancies world wide(fifth most common malignant and fourth leading cause of cancer associated world wide).GC is a molecularly and phenotypically highly heterogeneous disease. M(metastatic) gastric cancer, refers to the advanced stage of stomach cancer where the disease has spread beyond the stomach to other organs . Cell migration-inducing hyaluronan-binding protein (CEMIP) is identified as an important risk factor for the metastasis of various cancers, and appears to play a significant role in the development of M gastric cancer.in addition ,CEMIP can promote the proliferation , invasion ,and adhesion of various tumor cell. we used microarrays to figure out how genes are being expressed in various groups to target .The aim is to find biomarkers for this cancer. Method: The GSE۲۰۸۰۹۹ dataset was found in the NCBI Gene Expression omnibus(GEO).CEMIP was selected from significant high expressions(│log FC>۰.۴│& adjusted p-value<۰.۰۵).Gene expression profile, correlation,& survival analysis were revealed using the GEPIA۲ & ENCORI databases. Gene ontology & biological pathways were selected from Enrichr database. In addition the protein interactions were analyzed by using string. By using Reactome , signaling pathways was determined. miRNA interaction was performed by using miRWalk. Result :Based on microarray analysis CEMIP has a significant upper-expression in STAD patients (│log FC:۵.۸۸ adjp.val:۰.۰۰۰۰۰۴۹) compared to control samples. CEMIP is contributed in Glycosaminoglycan metabolism cycle RHSA.۵۶۹۳۳۵۲ pathways. In addition, Gene ontologies analysis show that CEMIP is involved in Hyaluronic Acid Binding. CEMIP has remarkable interaction with HYLA۲,HAS۲, PLXNA۲, and SPAM۱ proteins. Additionally ,has a significant interaction with has-miR-۱۳۹-۳p (score:۱,position:۳’UTR,binding energy:-۲۹.۱) Conclusions: After microarray analysis on CEMIP, the result show that the CEMIP Gene has a significant increase in expression on Gastric cancer & can be a biomarker in this cancer. By reducing expression hsa-miR-۱۳۹-۳p,the probability of developing gastric cancer increases significantly.
