Fabrication and investigation of microstructure properties of BN/CoFe۲O۴

In this study, CoFe۲O۴, BN, and BN/CoFe۲O۴ compounds were synthesized in two steps. Investigation of their structure properties using X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), and BET properties showed that CoFe۲O۴ and BN consisted of cubic and hexagonal structures, respectively. The results of XRD and BET analysis show that the formation of the BN/CoFe۲O۴ composite has been successful.
