Artificial Intelligence-Based Knowledge Management: Synergy betweenTechnology and Libraries

Purpose: The study examines Artificial Intelligence (AI) in library systems, focusing onenhancing data management, user experience, and efficiency.Design/methodology/approach: A mixed analysis scrutinized AI's role in libraries, using datacollection and librarian surveys to identify technological impacts and skills gaps.Findings: Results show AI's significant benefits in library services but reveal challenges likeinfrastructural deficits, funding, librarian AI literacy, and ethical dilemmas, including biasesand workforce implications.Originality: The work provides a novel framework for understanding AI in libraries,highlighting the necessity for targeted strategies and ethical considerations in technologyadoption.
