A Method to Extract Keywords and Their Relationship to Create Mind Map from Free Text Collection

Mind maps are useful technique for presenting ideas, words and other items. It has a central keyword and other keywords can be related to the central keyword. Mind maps useful techniques for generating, visualising, structuring and classifying ideas, and it can be useful for organization, study, project management, solving problem, writing and making decision. It can be useful for educational tool and brainstorming. There are many tools for making mind maps but those tools are just mind map editors. M2Gen [1] is a previous tool for creating mind map automatically from text but does not produce a hierarchical (multileveled) map (i.e., maps within maps). So this research wants to improve mind map for automatically creating multileveled mind map from free text (i.e. articles, news …).In this work, we present a new tool that can be able to automatically generate hierarchical mind maps from free text. The steps for this method are: Extract keywords, find the relationships, creating mind map, evaluating the technique. My data would be collected from free text such as articles and news. In order to find how accurate the method is, I will use an expert to find out how accurate output of system would be.
