This review study delves into the intricate relationship between environmental factors and the productivity and job satisfaction of nurses. Drawing from a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, this paper elucidates the multifaceted impact of various environmental elements on nurses' work performance and overall satisfaction levels. Factors such as workplace layout, ambient noise, lighting conditions, and ergonomic design are scrutinized, revealing their profound influence on nurses' efficiency and contentment in their roles. Moreover, organizational culture, leadership styles, and support mechanisms are examined as pivotal determinants shaping nurses' satisfaction and productivity within their work milieu. Through the synthesis of findings from diverse studies, this review underscores the imperative of cultivating supportive and conducive work environments tailored to the specific needs of nursing professionals.
