Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a key way to improve digital marketing. AI can help marketers build better products, deliver faster and more relevant advertising to customers, and better understand their audience's data patterns. Brands are using AI in marketing to craft more personalized customer experiences across all channels, from email campaigns to social media posts. It can help marketers better understand how their audience interacts with their brand and what types of messaging will resonate most effectively. At the same time, brands struggle to find a balance between using AI and remaining transparent with customers. As more companies invest in AI-powered products, customers will expect more transparency around how these technologies work—and what they mean for privacy. AI can be used in various ways, from improving website navigation to using computer vision to create more targeted ads.
