چکیده مقاله:

In cloud computing, efficient task scheduling plays a pivotal role inoptimizing resource utilization and increasing system performance.Task scheduling is an NP-hard problem that is often solved by metaheuristicalgorithms. In this paper, we propose load-balanced taskscheduling algorithms, called OMTSA (Optimal Microscope TaskScheduling Algorithm), for allocating computing tasks across VirtualMachines (VMs). It is essential to achieve load distribution equilibrium,minimize task completion times, and maximize resource utilization.Furthermore, it discusses the implications and benefits of deployingload-balanced task scheduling algorithms in cloud environments, whichaddress the dynamic nature of workloads and meet the growingdemands of modern computing paradigms. In this paper, the OMTSA iscompared against several popular meta-heuristic algorithms, such asWOA (Whale Optimization Algorithm), WO (Walrus Optimizer), andSTOA (Sooty Tern Optimization Algorithm). In comparison with otheralgorithms, the proposed approach provides a powerful tool to solve thetask scheduling problem.
