چکیده مقاله:

Cancer is a disease with a high risk of death. The main characteristicof cancer cells is metabolic reprogramming, whichincreases their proliferation and survival by modulating thecells' energy. In this review article, we have described the mostcrucial protein and enzyme affected by noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs),including miRNA, lncRNA, and circRNA, in the metabolicreprogramming of cancer cells. It seems that the GLUT۱ receptor, PKM۲ enzyme, and HK۲enzyme are affected in glucose metabolism. Also, the amino acidsand lipid metabolism are affected through glutaminase andCPT۱A enzymes, respectively.Altogether, due to their crucial roles in cancer metabolic pathwaysin cancer, metabolism-associated enzymes may offer anovel target for the early detection and personalized treatmentof a wide range of cancers.
