چکیده مقاله:
Introduction: Lung cancer is the most common cause of majorcancer incidence and mortality in men, whereas in womenit is the third most common cause of cancer incidence and thesecond most common cause of cancer mortality, worldwide. Inmore than ۵۰% of lung cancer cases hemoptysis is occurred asa symptom with poor prognosis and higher mortality. Hemopty sis in result of Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm (TAA) may generatefrom the invasion of weakened aortic wall by lung cancer.Methods: Of the great significance of lung cancer in TAA,we aim to put forward knock down of MDM۲ by shRNA inorder to scrutinize the upshot on tumorigenesis of tumor cellsby computational methods such as; Clustal Omega website foralignment, BLAST-NCBI for similarity search, BLOCK-iTRNAi designer, WI-siRNA selection program for designing andscoring shRNA molecules, CLC software for secondary structureprediction. The efficacy and safety are necessary in animalmodels before planning human application and subsequentlythe ۳D simulation of TAA by Ansys Fluent for treatment orcontrol of the disease will be accomplished on animal tissue.Result: It is predicted that MDM۲ silencing by designed shRNAin lung cancer will be a pivotal pathway in treatment of TAA.Conclusion: In conclusion the present study crystallizes a novelartery for lung cancer therapy and pursuant aneurysm.
