Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a cancer of the lymphoid lineof blood cells characterized by the development of large numbersof immature lymphocytes. At the outset, NCBI Gene ExpressionOmnibus (GEO) was elected to get the desired GSE (GSE۲۱۸۳۴۸),and the gene expression profile was analyzed by GEO۲R.The pathway which is related to the ZAP۷۰, ITK, and LCKgenes were selected from Reactome AND KEGG pathway database.The candidate genes ZAP۷۰, ITK, and LCK have |log-FC|>۲ and adjPValue < ۰.۰۵. Free Online prediction softwaremiRWalk was utilized to pick out various targets of ZAP۷۰,ITK, and LCK miRNAs Including has-miR-۴۶۳۲-۵p, has-miR-۶۸۱۵-۵p, has-miR-۶۷۷۱-۵p. and LncRRIsearch was utilized tofind HRG-AS۱ lncRNAs.Recording by miRWalk software miRNAs have a completeinteraction by mRNA (bindnigp=۱) and the experimental andpredictive DIANA LncBase V.۳ modules were used to identifythe LncRNA list that targeted by miRNAs which none of themiRNAs interacted by HRG-AS۱ lncRNA.As a result, these mRNAs and HRG-AS۱ lncRNA can act asa ceRNA network which has an effect on non-membrane-spanningprotein tyrosine kinase activity regulation.
