چکیده مقاله:

Background: Neuroblastoma is a central neurological diseasethat is commonly seen in children under the age of ۵ years.Due to the high-risk treatment of this disease with chemicaldrugs, which in the last two decades only ۳۰% of cases havebeen definitively cured, today by examining the biological andmolecular characteristics of each person's neuroblastoma tumorsand choosing specific treatment goals, can be cured muchmore effectively and definitively disease treatment. Therefore, the new treatment approaches used for this disease are CAR-Tcell therapy, Omics, immunotherapy, CRISPR-Cas۹n, and thepurpose of this study is to investigate the results of these methodstreatment and develop a personal medical for the treatmentof neuroblastoma.Materials: In this review study, with the library method, relevantarticles from databases were studied in order to evaluatenew treatment methods in personalized medicine to predict andtreat people with neuroblastoma cancer. Results: Promisingly, clinical studies showed that the use ofmethods based on immunotherapy with functions such as geneticmodification of T cells, identification of specific tumorsby antigens, inhibition of cell growth, gene editing and evaluationof the molecular mechanisms of this disease can slow downthe growth of the tumor process and the treatment steps. accelerate,so that patients treated with these methods, their overallsurvival rate is reported to be ۶۴%. Therefore, the use of thesemethods in the field of personalized medicine, with mechanicalmodeling approaches for intracellular signaling, are the mostappropriate. Conclusion: According to the fact that so far the chemical treatmentsof neuroblastoma have been associated with a decreasein effectiveness, today, in order to optimize the treatment, immunotherapyinduction methods are used of targeting solid tumorsand activating apoptotic pathways to respond to neuroblastomacells. It is predicted by personalizing these methods, atreatment for patient-specific data, which indicates differencesin expression levels or the effect of genetic mutations, could bean effective and rapid way to treat neuroblastoma.
