Background: Molecular investigation reports several newsfrom inside of cells which usually have used for therapeuticapproaches to this end this study is an effort at brain metastatictumor behavior in breast cancer.Materials and Methods: Authors used microarrays techniquesby GEO۲R software to investigate differentially expressedgenes (DEGs), then for the functional analysis up and down expressedgenes were evaluated by biological process and KEGGdatabases, respectively. In order, to identify protein-protein interactionbetween up and down genes the string database viaCytoscape software has been used. Finally, the hub genes havebeen revealed by the CentiScape package.Results: In this study, respectively, ۴۰۲ and ۷۵۸ up and downexpressed genes are reported which revealed some roles in theHIF-۱ signaling pathway for up and also Cytokine-cytokine receptorinteraction in down expressed genes that means braintumor trying to inhibit immunology response by Cytokine-cytokinereceptor interaction. In addition, the PPIs network wasconstructed to evaluate the interaction between up and downgenes so both types of genes merged together and ۱۱۶۰ geneswere evaluated in this section. Results indicate a network with۱۰۱۰ nodes and ۶۳۷۶ edges. In this way, to investigate the maininfluencer genes author reported down-expressed FN۱ as themost influential by ۱۵۹ interactions, and the overexpressedgene VEGFA was reported as the second hub gene by ۱۲۶ interactions.Moreover, three PTPRC, COL۱A۱, and COL۳A۱have been moved to the next ranks respectively by ۱۰۸,۱۰۸,۹۱interactions.Conclusion: In this study, five hub genes and two signalingpathways were reported as some molecular behavior that coulduse in future therapeutic approaches for personalized medicinein brain tumors which metastasized from breast tissue.
