چکیده مقاله:

Drug resistance is one of the major obstacles to the efficacy ofcancer treatment, it also contributes to cancer recurrence andaffects life expectancy. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) area group of regulatory RNAs longer than ۲۰۰ nucleotides thathave been shown by numerous studies to play a role in drugresistance. Exosomes are membrane vesicles originating fromendosomes that are secreted by cells and mediate cell-cell communicationand the exchange of various biological information. This biological communication is carried out by exosomes invarious diseases including cancer. Studies have shown that anticancerdrug resistance may be caused by the mechanism inwhich exosomes mediate the transmission of biological informationlike lncRNAs. This review aims to clarify the definitionof exosomal lncRNAs, their mechanisms in ovarian cancerdrug resistance, and their potential clinical applications.
