چکیده مقاله:
Lung cancer is the most common cause of death from cancerin American women and men. In patients suspected of lungcancer, it includes hemoptysis, dyspneumonia, chronic cough,unexplained weight loss of more than six kilos per year, chestpain, bone pain, clubbing of the fingers, fever, weakness, symptomsof svc syndrome. Dysphagia, stridor, local viscera, lack ofroselo-pneumonia in radiographs, recurrent pneumonia in onefocus of the lung, diaphragm elevation in radiographs, symptomsof Horner's syndrome, anorexia, night sweats and metastasissymptoms, such as CNS symptoms, pathological fractures,hypercalcemia symptoms, dermatomyositis and entourage nigricans,thrombotic diseases, nephrotic syndrome, evidence ofcardiac tamponade and Pleural effusion In our study, ۵۰ patients suspected of having lung cancer wereexamined. The average age of the patients in our study was ۷۰years. ۸۰% of the patients were male and ۲۰% were female. Thelowest age of the patients was ۴۱ years old and the highest ageof the patients was ۷۹ years old. ۹۰% of the patients were smokers.۵۰% of the patients were smokers. In our study, farmerswere ۱۰ percent of the patients were drivers, the most commoncomplaint of the patients was cough with ۵۰ percent, dyspneain ۴۵ percent, chest pain in ۳۰ percent, hoarseness in ۵ percent,general weakness in ۱۰ percent, weight loss in ۱۰ percent, andhemoptysis in ۱۰ percent. The average BMI of the patients was۲۳.۴۸. Spirometry: ۷۲% of the patients had obstructive diseaseand only ۲۷% were under COPD treatment۴۵% of patients didnot consult a doctor for COPD treatment. In ۷۲% of the patients,the mass was in the left half of the breast, ۲۲% in the right halfof the breast, and in ۶% of the patients, it was bilateral.۲۷%of the patients had COPD, ۹% of the patients had chf, ۴%had a history of DVT, ۴% had ESRD, ۴% of the patients hadpresented with a broken limb and a random lung mass was discovered.SO۲ was normal in ۶۵% of the patients and ۳۵% of thepatients They had significant hypoxia. Considering the youngage of a number of patients and non-smokers, it is recommendedto perform IHC tests and start target therapy treatments forpositive .cases.
