چکیده مقاله:

Background: Oxaliplatin is a commonly used chemotherapydrug for treating various types of cancers. However, some patientsdevelop resistance to this drug, which hinders its effectiveness.Identification of the molecular pathways involved indrug resistance can aid in the development of novel therapeuticstrategies.Materials and Methods: RNA sequencing data wasanalyzed, and several genes were identified to be involved inthe molecular pathways of drug resistance. Results: The analysisrevealed the involvement of several genes, including NRF۲,MRP۲, and ABCG۲, in the molecular pathways of drug resistance. These genes play a role in cellular detoxification and drugefflux, which can lead to reduced drug efficacy. Conclusion: Theidentification of molecular pathways involved in drug resistancecan help researchers develop novel strategies to combatdrug resistance and improve the effectiveness of chemotherapytreatments.
