Background and aims: Preeclampsia is one of the main warning factors for fetomaternal complications.High risk patients need to be carefully monitored for signs and symptoms of preeclampsiato make an early diagnosis and prevent cosmplications. Progress in digital communication andmedical technologies has led to the digitization of health care to increase the quality of care andreduce costs, emphasizing the importance of self-care in all medical fields, including fetomaternalmedicine.Method: In the design of this software that was done at obstetrics and gynecology departmentof Isfahan university of medical sciences between June and September of ۲۰۲۲, minimal dataset (MDS) which obtained by preliminary review of guidelines, was finalized by a survey ofexperienced prinatologists. At first, the most effective risk factors of preeclampsia and diagnosticsigns and symptoms of preeclampsia were extracted by preliminary review of guidelines. Then,in ۲-round based on expert`s opinions, risk factors in predicting preeclampsia and important diagnosticsigns and symptoms, were finalized.Results:MDS for risk factors of preeclampsia considered as maternal age, nulliparity, multiple pregnancy,BMI, previous history of PIH and underlying maternal diseases. MDS for diagnostic signs andsymptoms was obtained as blood pressure measured digitally, epigastric pain and neurologicalsymptoms. If the mother has at least ۲ of the ۶ final effective risk factors, it is considered high riskand it will be recommended to use this software during the pregnancy. In the case of diagnosticcriteria, patients were categorized in three groups including routine care, refer to the health careprovider as soon as possible and the urgent need to refer to the health care provider; based onsystolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and sever signs.Conclusion: This software can reduce fetomaternal complications caused by preeclampsia inhigh-risk pregnant women.
