چکیده مقاله:
Management decisions in metropolis require precise tools to reduce the vulnerability of people in the community through considering the lack of disturbance in the urban economic system. Therefore, in this research, it is tried to change a limited and focused system of air contamination measurement and control to an unlimited and extensive system to examine the concentration of each of the contaminants in any area of metropolis. Tehran was studied as case study. In this study, with the use of information from ۲۰ air pollution measurement stations in Tehran, concentrations of CO, NO۲, SO۲, O۳, PM۲.۵, and PM۱۰ contaminants were measured over a year on a daily basis. The index of AQI (air quality index) was used to determine the level of pollution in the city. Using ARC-GIS software, the AQI was zoned and a comprehensive map was designed so that the area covered by each concentration decreased from ۳۷ to ۰.۰۴ square kilometers. Moreover, for illustrating this map, on June ۲۶, ۲۰۱۲, which were considered the unhealthy days in Tehran, a map of the zoning was drawn up for this purpose, and it was concluded that only ۲۷.۸% of the city is unhealthy and the rest of the city is not in an un healthy area. Before this research, due to the lack of a comprehensive map for determining the AQI in different parts of the city, in June ۲۶, ۲۰۱۲, the whole city closed down, which leads to an economic loss of about $ ۶ million a day for Tehran.
