چکیده مقاله:
In recent years, nanotechnology have gained a great deal of connection with drug delivery systems. One ofthe biggest challenges facing scientists in this field is the development and optimization of sustained-releasesystems. One of the biggest challenges facing scientists in this field is the development model for predictingthe Release of the Matrix sustained-released systems. a differential mechanistic model for the drug loaded inthe chitosan nanogels using MATLAB software has been presented and an attempt has been made to avoidstatistical methods that require costly experiments as much as possible. Then this model was tested on twoseries of experimental data of nanogels containing sodium valproate and methotrexate and compared withother models in terms of R۲ parameters and mean absolute error. It was observed that the proposed model fornanogels containing methotrexate has R۲ = ۰.۹۵۸ and the mean absolute error is equal to ۱۰.۰۳% and fornanogels containing sodium valproate has R۲ = ۰.۹۳۶ and the mean absolute error is equal to ۱۰.۵۳% andcompared to other existing models, was among the models with higher accuracy. In this study, a mechanisticmodel based on differential relations was obtained and this model was solved in both ۱- minimizing liquidconcentration and ۲- varying liquid concentration and then comparing the results with eight otherexperimental models. The result showed that the model in the variable state considering the concentration ofliquid compared to other models was among the best models in terms of R۲ and absolute error percentage.
