Introduction: behavioral and cognitive disabilities are rooted in Neurodegenerative diseases are rooted inthe central nervous system (CNS). abnormalities in the genome and/or metabolism in brains stemsNeurodegenerative diseases such as Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic disability disease which is one ofcommon disease in the world.in this study we investigate the cause of death ratio in PPMS patient.Material and method: In order to start this study, we used GEO accession number GSE۱۳۱۲۸۲. In our work,we considered patients with disease duration ۵۴ PPMS years in PPMS as control groups and disease duration۴ years as treatment groups and by the use the limma package in R software data was analyzed. differentiallyexpressed genes (DEGs) list by utilizing string database was analyzed to build Protein-protein interaction(PPI) network. Cytoscape ۳.۴.۰ have been software that construct modules and Gephi software visualizedour network.Result: In case of PPMS, the number of DEGs were ۸۴۵ genes which ۷۰۷ were upregulated and ۱۳۸ weredownregulated. Analysis of modules shows that translation and regulation of apoptotic process are two majorfunction. in addition, top ten of nodes determine as hubs genes such as RPL۱۱and PLEC.Conclusion: Our study illustrated that changing in expression of TP۵۳ and MAPK۱۴ and so on can affectedviolence of PPMS disease. Thus patient with type of intensive PPMS has drastically decrease inspermatogenesis and cell differentiation.
