چکیده مقاله:

Pancreatic cancer is the ۷th cause of death in the world. Pancreatic cancer has no symptoms until advancedstages and TP۵۳ gene effects in ۵۰% of cancers. There are some diseases like diabetes type ۲ in which TP۵۳gene is involved. The aim of this study was to find the shared biomarker between pancreatic cancer anddiabetes type ۲ through bioinformatics analysis which can be effective to diagnose the disease in earlierstages. For this purpose, the associated Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) and microRNA with TP۵۳were found in miRdSNP database. DIANA Tools and LncRNADisease v۲.۰ databases helped to analyze thedata in order to find a related long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) that has interaction with the same miRNA.Venn was used to find the shared effective genes between pancreatic cancer and diabetes and their interactionas well. The results showed that rs۱۷۸۸۴۳۰۶ as SNP and has-miR-۲۲-۳p can interact on TP۵۳ leading topancreatic cancer. The lncRNA: AC۰۶۰۷۸۰.۱ in pancreas tissue has also interaction with has-miR-۲۲-۳pwhich results in diabetes type ۲. In addition, the lnc MALAT was investigated as the mutual one in bothdiseases. Moreover, the mutual genes including ACASB, NT۵E, TEME۲۳۷, MYC, PHLDA۱ were obtainedthrough Venn diagrams in the process of pancreatic cancer and diabetes type ۲. Based on the current studyand results, it is concluded that rs۱۷۸۸۴۳۰۶ could be a useful biomarker to diagnose pancreatic cancer. Thehas-miR-۲۲-۳p and MALAT can prove that diabetes type ۲ can be an underlying disease for pancreaticcancer, and they can be useful to diagnose pancreatic cancer in patient who have diabetics type ۲.
