چکیده مقاله:

Cervical cancer is one of the leading causes of mortality in women, worldwide. The involvement of noncodingRNAs in cancer addressed extensively in recent years. In the present study, the bioinformatics analysisof microarray data including two-gene dataset (GSE۹۷۵۰ and GSE۵۲۹۰۳) and one miRNA dataset(GSE۳۰۶۵۶) performed. Firstly, differentially expression analysis among cancer samples versus healthycontrols showed ۶۴ up-regulated and ۱۰۶ down-regulated genes. PPI network analysis determined ۲۸ genesas hub genes (degree about ۴۸-۵۴) which play a significant role in cell cycle pathways and cell division.Differential analysis of miRNAs dataset also identified ۱۰ significant difference. Meta-analysis wasperformed between the three selected datasets and the relationship between hub-genes and miRNAs wasexamined. Interaction between ۴ candidate miRNAs and ۱۳۹ associated lncRNAs predicted in cervicaltissues by miRNet online software. As a result, ۱۹ of these lncRNAs with the highest degree of interactionselected. The present study has investigated the interaction of involved miRNAs and lncRNAs in cervicalcancer. In conclusion, bioinformatics analysis could help us to suggest the different expressions andinteractions of most important genes, regulatory miRNAs, and target lncRNAs. However, these findingsshould be further considered under experimental approaches although many reports confirm the involvedpathways and genes in cervical cancer.
