چکیده مقاله:

Organizational health is almost a new concept that plays an important role in future developing and improving the organizational structure and leads to organizational success. Organizational health is one of the most coherent and obvious indexes of organizational effectiveness that conduce to attain personal growth and development in the employee. This study investigates the relationship between the effectiveness of human resource management (EHRM) and organizational health (OH). The study’s statistical population included all staff in Isfahan oil refining company (IORC). We used a stratified random sampling method based on the Morgan table and chose a sample size of ۱۵۰ from among ۲۴۰ persons. Standard questionnaires were applied for data collection and tested the hypotheses and data analysis was done with Smart PLS and SPSS. The results disclosed a positive and significant relationship between the effectiveness of human resource management actions with organizational health.
