چکیده مقاله:

In nanotechnology, particles with a diameter of less than ۱۰۰ nm are defined as nanoparticles (NPs) and include different types of metal elements, metal oxides, salts, etc. with different properties and various applications. Au nanoparticles have a special place in biological and non-biological applications due to their special and unique properties. Au nanoparticles are known as one of the most widely used materials in areas such as sensing, catalyst and drug release. Nanosensor technology as a new science is a powerful alternative to conventional analysis methods in the field of agricultural sciences. The sensitivity and selectivity of nanosensors allows the development of special tools for the instantaneous analysis of complex mixtures without the need for preparation, with a small sample size. The research and development of such nanosensors is mostly in the field of health, environmental applications and food industry. Packages equipped with nanosensors are another category of application of nanotechnology in the food packaging industry. These substances can warn the consumer that food or agricultural products are spoiled
