Application of nano-Au as a nanosensor in food packaging

Nanosensor technology as a new science is a powerful alternative to conventional analysis methods in the field of agricultural sciences. The sensitivity and selectivity of nanosensors allows the development of special tools for the instantaneous analysis of complex mixtures without the need for preparation, with a small sample size. The research and development of such nanosensors is mostly in the field of health, environmental applications and food industry. Packages equipped with nanosensors are another category of application of nanotechnology in the food packaging industry.
