Investigating the role of strategic intelligence on organizational performance (Case study of Fars Province maskan Bank)

In this study, the role of strategic intelligence on the performance of the organization with its mediating role of strategic flexibility in the branches of Fars Province maskan Bank has been investigated. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, using a researcher-made questionnaire based on the research of Agha. et al., Whose validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, ۴ hypotheses were developed and Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis method were used to test them. The opinions of ۱۰۵ employees of Fars Province maskan Bank branches have been collected during the first six months of ۲۰۱۶. Findings from the test of the present research hypotheses show that there is a direct and significant relationship between strategic intelligence components and strategic flexibility components, between strategic intelligence components and There is a direct and significant relationship between performance and strategic components and organizational performance components through the variables mediating strategy flexibility.
