In this article, we intend to define litigation and its types, then describe the differences between litigation and disputes from similar cases, to identify the differences and examine the litigation in terms of origin, time and subject, then study the concept of litigation by filing a litigation And bring an action; We explained the objective, debt and mixed disputes and financial and non-financial disputes, and examined the litigation in terms of movable and immovable property, commercial and civil, ownership and possession, and finally the main litigation and sub-litigation and their differences. Explained the types of sub-lawsuits; studied Ancillary dispute and Derivatives disputes.
