The growth of MFC is very well till 16 passage and after that it's failed. we can't make a Line becaus we havent co 2 incubator pig Kidney (SA) and MFC were Tested by inoculation of FMD ( Type A & 0) viruse. SA is more susceptible Than MFC Because SA is the line cell but MFC is not. and in order to same reason the MFC cann't Growth in suspension sulture . - ص‬
