This project was designed according to Iranian natural habitats of Juniper The height and purity or mixing (combination) of Juniperus stands in Sirachal habitats was considered in designing. Trees were classified according to different characters. A group of trees had the best morphological characters such as single- trunk, fresh, completely symmetrical crown, without forking. The crown and trunk were healthy and there was no contamination by disease weeds. B group of trees had asymmetrical and curved (bent) trunk, short crown with forking and without any contamination by disease weeds. Atypical trees with the most amount of seeds were classified under title of C. C group of trees were chosen from both A and B group. There was a significant difference (p< %) between percentage of healthy fruits on tree, percentage of healthy fruits after cleaning and the amount of seeds in fruits in A, B and C groups of trees. There was no significant difference in the amount of fruits per Kg and the weight of seeds among mentioned groups. There was three groups for percentage of healthy fruits on trees and percentage of healthy fruits after cleaning according to Dunkan analysis in A, B and C groups of trees. Comparison of mean analysis shows the most and the least percent of healthy fruits on trees and after cleaning in C and A groups of trees, respectively. The number of seeds in fruits were classified in two gropes that A group of trees are locates in first group. B and C group of trees belonged to second group. Variance analysis showed that interaction between height growth of seedling in first and third year (p < %) and height growth and diameter growth (p, %) was significant in among A, B and C groups of trees. Variance analysis showed that there was a significant difference (p, %) between seed germination in field and planting in under crown and . meter out of crown. the planting of seeds in north orientation of trees had a significant effect in compared to other orientations. Also direct planting of seeds in . meter out of crown had no effect on germination. The north orientation of crown had significant effect on survival of saplings from spring to fall.
