چکیده طرح پژوهشی:
In order to study for regeneration and evalution of Onobrychis spp. populations in gene bank of natural resources Iran, based quantative and quqlatitve traits , the research an experiment was performed with 11 block by 10 rows in Karaj-Alborz Iran, during 3 years.. Morphological traits includes: height, number of main branch and sub-main branch, number of seed per plant, weight of 1000 seeds (W1000), degree of life, seed yield, tolerance to powder mildew disese and quality traits includes:, dry matter digestibility (DMD), crude protein (CP), water soluble Carbohydrates(wsc), crude fiber(F), cell wall(ADF) and Ash, were measured. The results of analysis of variance showed a significant differences among 99 populations of Onobrychis sativa for all of traits (P<1%). Among populations, population 3001(Karaj) had most of plant height, number of sub-main branch and seeds yield. Population 8206 (Tehran) had most of plant height, number of main branch and seeds. Population 3001(Karaj), and 11815(Ardabil-Khalkhal) have the most dry matter and seed yield, dry matter digestibility (DMD), protein, Carbohydrat, Ash, degree of life and lest of fiber and ADF, so these were surperior among other populations. Using principal component analysis, the first five components determined justify 60% of total variance. Percent of variance were 23%, 40%, 51%, 60% and 67% for first to fifth component respectively. In the first and thrith component, quality traits were important but in the second and fourth component, quantity and quality traits were important. In fifteth component, degree of life and ADF were the most important traits. Drawing dendrogram redulted from cluster analysis (Ward) in metric distance 18.5, all of populations were classified into 4 groups, members of each groups have the same traits. The results of analysis of variance showed a significant differences among six species (Onobrychis sativa, O. transcaspica, O. talagonica, O. subnitens, O. sp, O. michauxii), and between different populations of them for all of traits (P<1%). this difference between replication were all traits except plant height, number of main and sub-main branch, dry matter yield in first cutting for first and second year, degree of life). Onobrychis transcuscaspica with had most of number of main branch, sub-main branch, number of seed and plant, and Onobrychis sativa with had most of height, number of main branch and plant, were Superior between six species. For quality traits, Onobrychis. sativa and O. subnitens have high dry matter and seed yield. Onobrychis sativa have most of dry matter digestibility, protein and Ash but Onobrychis. subniten had the most of carbohydrate, fiber, and the lest of cell wall.. these two species of Onobrychis. sativa and O. subniten were superior species compare species. Among species, Onobrychis sativa, and among populations, population 3001(Karaj) and 11815(Ardabil-Khalkhal) of Onobrychis sativa, were superior because of high dry matter and seed yield and dry matter digestibility. Using principal component analysis, the first, second and thrith components determined justify with 95% of total variance. By drawing dendrogram redulted from cluster analysis (Ward) in metric distance 4.5, and 6 species were classified into 3 groups. This classification was coordinated with principal component classification, and also member of each group had the same traits. Keywords: Onobrychis, Yield, Rehabilitation, Evalution
