ارزیابی مقاومت پایه های انگور نسبت به بیماری پوسیدگی سفید ریشه توسط قارچ‭Dematophora necatrix ‬و تعیین سازگاری پیوند آن ها با ارقام تجاری

Evaluations of grape rootstocks resistance against white root rot disease caused by Dematophora necatrix and determining their compatibility with scions cultivars White root rot of grape (Vitis vinifera L.) incited by Dematophora necatrix is prevalent in Jahrom and Mimand of Fars province. These areas are suited for planting Yaghoti as an early, and Rotabi suite for export. In this study reactions of 29 grape varieties and one hybrid namely ; Alhaghi, Bidaneh Safid Gazvin, Bidaneh Germez Gazvin, Bidaneh Bavanat, Pyghami Mashhad, Tokhm Kabki, Torkamenestan, Jahrom G1, Jahrom G2, Khaledi Sephid, Khalili, Rajabi Siah, Rajabi Zarghan, Rajabi Saphid, Rotabi kalestan, Cezdonk, Samarghandi Golestan, Siah Bavanat Sahebi Sephid, Askari, Kalehei, Ghorjashem, Gheihei, Lorkosh, Monagha Sidan, Mirzaei, Naloni, American Europian Hybrid andYagoti Siah collected from different regions of Iran, were evaluated to D. necatrix in pot experiments. Colonized wheat kernels (30gr/ 1.2 kg sand and peat) were used as inoculum. After 150 days 27 cultivars and the hybrid died due to root colonization. Two cultivars, Bidaneh Safid Gazvin and Bidaneh Germez Gazvin, 20 and 28% death rate, were evaluated resistant. However, doubling the inoculum and prolonging the time, the rates were increased and they were also assessed as susceptible cultivars. From the latter experiment, 9 seedlings from Sephid and 3 from Ghermez remained alive. These seedlings might be resistant clones, which were transplanted after root disinfection with benomyl fungicide, near Zarghan Vineyard Collection for further studies. The results from bench grafting method, using Sefid and Ghermez varieties as rootstocks and 4 commercials as scions, indicated all combinations were compatible, and scions growth were satisfactory.
