چکیده مقاله:

A 25-days feeding experiment was conducted with the Persian Sturgeon (Acipenserpersicus) larvae, using two live foods Artemia urmiana, Daphnia magna and themixture of them (Daphnia 50% w/w & Artemia 50% w/w). This experiment wasconducted in a completely randomized design with three treatments. Nine fiberglasstanks (volume of 50 liters) with three replicates for experimental treatments wereused. The Persian Sturgeon larvae were fed on Artemia urmiana nauplii in treatmentA, D. magna in treatment D and in treatment of A&D by mixture of A. urmiana andD. magna, respectively. At the end of the experiment, some growth and feedingparameters of fishes were calculated based on the data of carcass analysis andbiometery of Huso huso larvae. The best performances of fish in terms of growth andsurvival rate were recorded at the experimental treatment of A&D (Persian Sturgeonlarvae were fed on Artemia urmiana nauplii and Daphnia sp. The best final bodyweight of Persian Sturgeon larvae obtained in the treatment A&D, while themaximum of final body length detected in the treatment A. The maximal conditionfactor obtained in treatment of D (fed on Daphnia sp.) and had significant differencewith the treatments A and A&D (P0.05). The highest of survival rate was in thetreatment A&D (92%) while in treatment of D was 66%.
