🔍 Abstract

This study introduces and validates the Dr. Rahmanpour Learning Clinic Model, an innovative framework designed to enhance student learning outcomes in Iranian schools. Grounded in constructivist learning theory, educational psychology, and multi-tiered intervention systems, the model integrates diagnostic assessment, targeted counseling, teacher empowerment, and continuous feedback mechanisms. Using grounded theory and Delphi methods, the model was developed through qualitative analysis of expert interviews and field data. Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed its structural validity. The model offers a scalable and adaptable solution for improving academic performance and reducing learning gaps in diverse educational contexts.

📚 Introduction

Recent challenges in student learning—such as academic underachievement, exam anxiety, and poor study habits—have highlighted the need for specialized school-based interventions. The Rahmanpour Learning Clinic Model responds to these needs by blending educational, psychological, and therapeutic approaches into a unified school improvement strategy.

"School Teaching and Learning Clinic", a model that transforms the education programs and academic progress of students. This plan is derived from the School Teaching and Learning Clinic model, which was designed and validated for the first time in Iran by Dr. Hassan Rahmanpour in (2024) and can be used as a global model in education systems. In this model, students in any department who have a disorder in teaching and learning refer to a clinic that is established for the school by the principal, either in person or virtually, and consists of experienced and capable teachers, counselors, health care providers, and assistants, and they eliminate learning disorders and deficiencies. This model, which has been implemented as a lived experience in secondary schools and has had good results and has at least increased the final average of secondary school students by more than 40%, can contribute to high school productivity and increase educational quality.

The School Learning and Teaching Clinic is an innovative model that helps improve learning and promote students' academic achievement by providing educational and consulting services.

This approach is proposed as a transformation in the educational system and its goal is to create a supportive environment for students with different needs. It seems that this model can act as a fundamental transformation in Iranian education and transform schools from traditional to dynamic and student-centered learning environments.

🧠 Theoretical Foundations

- Cognitive and constructivist learning theories (e.g., Vygotsky)

- Educational counseling and school psychology models

- Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks

- Iran’s National Curriculum Transformation Document

- Multi-level school-based intervention systems

📊 Model Components

The final model includes 5 core dimensions and 18 subcomponents:

| Core Dimension | Description |

| Student Learning Assessment | Diagnostic tools and performance tracking |

| Educational & Psychological Counseling | Individual and group support services |

| Teacher Empowerment | Training in diagnosis and intervention strategies |

| Targeted Interventions | Customized academic and behavioral support |

| Monitoring & Feedback System | Continuous evaluation and adaptive planning |

🌍 Global Applicability

The model is built on internationally recognized theories and offers high adaptability across cultures and educational systems. It can be piloted in bilingual schools, translated for global dissemination, and presented at conferences such as AERA, ICET, or UNESCO forums.
