«بوطیقای معماری» اولین و تنها نشریه علمی هنر و مهندسی در حوزه فناوریهای زیستی (بیوساینس) در کشور است که در زمینه ارائه دستاوردها و تحقیقات علمی کشور بصورت میانرشتهای در زمینه مطالعات پژوهشی «طبیعت و محیطزیست و معماری» (مشتمل بر بیوفیلی، بیونیک، بیومیمیکری، بیومیمتیکس، بیومورفیک، مورفوجنسیس، هوش مصنوعی، ژنتیک، رباتیک و دیجیتالسازی و غیره) پیشگام است. این فصلنامه «علمی پژوهشی» به زبان فارسی و برخی از فصول به زبان لاتین منتشر میشود که در حوزه رویکردهای بنیادی، کاربردی و توسعه‌ای به مفاهیم و تحقیقات ارزشمند پژوهشی دانش‌بنیان پیرامون هنر، معماری و شهرسازی میپردازد که از سال ۱۴۰۱ با حمایت گروه علمی «اندیشکده بیونیک، هنر و فناوری» وابسته به شرکت (اندیشکده) طراحان نوآور منتشر می شود.
مجوز نشریه بوطیقای معماری به شماره ۹۲۲۰۴ مورخ ۱۱/۷/۱۴۰۱ بوسیله هیات نظارت وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی ابلاغ شده است.
