چکیده مقاله:

تحقیق حاضر، در زمستان 1388، به منظور تعیین غلظت فلزات سنگین منگنز، مس، روی و آهن در بافت های عضله، کبد و آبشش ماهی بیاح (Liza abu) رودخانه های کارون و بهمنشیر استان خوزستان انجام گرفت. جهت استخراج فلزات از بافت های مورد مطالعه، از روش هضم مرطوب و تعیین غلظت فلزات سنگین به وسیله دستگاه جذب اتمی Perkin Elmer 4100 صورت پذیرفت.
