چکیده مقاله:

In the real world, organizations consist of complex multi-component structures in which the components are strictly inter-connected to each other. So, evaluation of each system is a complex problem. One of the most famous non-parametric method for performance evaluation is data envelopment analysis (DEA). Although Data envelopment analysis is a strong method for evaluation of decision-making units, Classic DEA models evaluate the efficiency of decision-making units (DMUs) by a set of recorded observations as its input-output of each system.While allocation of resource is an important step for performance evaluation and future development. therefore,the issue of reallocation of resource has raised in management science, so decision maker focused on this issue to bring an effective approach to improve efficiency of organizations by using of DEA model for resource allocation.In this paper, at first by using of bi-level programing, we introduce a new model to provide a method for the reallocation of the initial resources in production lines to improve the network performance. In second part, another model is introduced to allocate initial resources so that the profit efficiency of DMUs increase.
