Tourism is one of the most dynamic economic activities that plays an important role in local sustainable development. In this regard, rural tourism is considered as one of the important dimensions of tourism, which can play an effective role in the development of competition through the systematic planning and identification of rural tourism areas and the identification of the potential and strengths of villages. Acceptance of these areas and as a result of the development of local economy. Therefore, there are questions about what are the potential and restrictions of rural tourism What strategies can be developed to develop sustainable tourism competitiveness and competitiveness To this end, the present paper utilizes field studies, and the determination of opportunity and threat, the goals and outcomes with the SOAR model, to provide a management strategy for the development of tourism in rural areas of the rural district of Ladiz. The results of this study indicate that the study area is one of the most important areas for attracting tourists, but since the attention of tourists to the southern coast of Sistan and Baluchestan province, other areas despite the presence of attraction The abundance of natural tourism, including palm trees, springs and customs, has left the intake of domestic tourists, while its tourist abilities are more and more intact than the southern shores of the province
