An overview of the principles, tools and mathematical formulas in image processing

In this paper we examine the principles and mathematical formulas used in the de nition and processing of digital images. We review image processing methods with the help of interpolation, derivation, various spatial transformations, Fourier transform and wavelet transform with some examples.
