چکیده مقاله:
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of blended learning on listening and speaking skills. This study attempt to understand if these strategies affect listening and speaking. This research has been investigated in Hormozgan University in Bandar Abbas. The design of this study is pre-test and post-test. In addition, the result of this research was that the blended learning does effect listening and speaking in a wide range and it is effective to be used in many fields.
