چکیده مقاله:
In today competitive industrial environment, all manufacturers looking for achieving optimal conditions in all aspects of their company. Production scheduling is one of the main tools which move production toward the optimal state. Cross contamination and resource availability are the main issues for the production planning problem in a pharmaceutical unit. In order to develop an excellent scheduling for a pharmaceutical company, various factors including setup times, the uncertainty of some parameters such as demands, the continuous learning of operators (learning effect), and the limited raw materials must be considered. In this study, a mathematical model formulated for scheduling problem in pharmaceutical industries in which learning effects and stochastic demands considered for the first time. Finally, the presented model evaluated by implementing in a real case study. Obtained results show that its outputs are reliable and valid according to assessments of planning experts
