چکیده مقاله:

تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر کود مایع جلبکی Nizamuddinia zanardinii در سطوح مختلف اوره بر برخی شاخص-های رشد و فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی دانه رست های گندم طراحی و انجام شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار در پنج سطح کود مایع جلبکی (صفر، 5، 10، 15 و 20 درصد حجمی/حجمی) و سه سطح صفر، 25 و 50 درصد میزان مصرف متداول کود اوره به اجرا درآمد. طبق نتایج حاصل، تیمار غلظت 10 درصد کود مایع جلبکی به همراه 25 درصد میزان مصرف متداول کود اوره بیشترین میزان درصد و سرعت جوانه زنی، طول ساقه چه و ریشه چه، وزن خشک ساقه چه و ریشه چه، فعالیت آنزیم های پراکسیداز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز را نشان داد. بیشترین میزان مالون دی آلدئید و فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز در غلظت20 درصد کود مایع جلبکی دیده شد. افزایش شاخص های رشد و میزان فعالیت آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدانی ممکن است به دلیل حضور هورمون های القاکننده رشد و عناصر ضروری در کود مایع جلبکی باشد.
